Mindful Yoga on Saturdays

Mindfulness is the practice of being focused on the present moment in an intentional and non-judgmental way. We practice slowly with emphasis on stretching, healthy alignment and breathing techniques to create a sense of calm and well-being.

No prior experience is necessary.

This is a virtual program.
