Join Francine for this qigong course where we will explore how gentle, movement, breath, and meditation supports mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. We will explore the five yin organs, their functions and different movements, breath and meditations to support physical, mental and emotional health. Francine will draw from Taoist and Buddhist Qigong practices, as well as her study of 5 element theory. Classes will begin with qigong movements and end with a breathing and/or meditation method.
