Breathwork Location: Fitness Room Breathwork for Relaxation & Renewal Take a moment to pause, reset, and reconnect through Breathwork for Relaxation & Renewal. This guided session uses gentle breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional and physical well-being. Through intentional breath patterns and mindful awareness, participants may experience reduced stress, increased clarity, and a deeper sense of balance. No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow your breath to guide you toward relaxation and restoration.
